Can I attend the World Cup in Houston after BBL surgery?
Most patients are ready by week 3–4 in Stage 2 compression. Houston Stadium is fully air-conditioned — one of the very few 2026 host venues with climate control. Three hours standing in cool air is a different calculation than three hours in Texas June heat. Your surgeon has the final say on your timeline.
Is Houston Stadium air conditioned for the World Cup?
Yes. NRG Stadium — officially Houston Stadium for the tournament — has a retractable roof and full air conditioning. It is one of the very few 2026 host venues with climate control. June in Houston averages 93°F outside; inside the stadium is cool.
